Hi Students! Smart Bodies may be coming to your school soon! In the meantime, follow these rules and make a commitment to better health:

Eat a low fat diet. Choose low-fat or fat-free dairy, lean meat, and avoid fast-food!

Consume plenty of high-fiber foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

Drink lots of water. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day. Soda doesn’t count!

Get plenty of exercise. Skate boarding, running, walking, and playing are all great ways to be active—and they are fun too!
