Hi Students!  Smart Bodies may be coming to your school soon!  In the meantime, follow these rules and make a commitment to better health: 

  1. Eat a low fat diet.
  2. Consume plenty of fiber rich foods such as whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
  3. Drink plenty of water.  Tip: Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.  Soda doesn’t count!
  4. Get plenty of exercise.  Skate boarding, running, walking, and playing are great forms of physical activity—and they’re  fun!!
